Matt was great. We had to move out of state before the sale was finalized on our house, and unfortunately disaster struck. There was a huge rain storm in our area and almost all of the basements (ours included) flooded. Matt went above and beyond to help us make sure we were able to make all the repairs and get our house back into selling shape, all from 2,000 miles away. He is awesome!
